An application is required for reservation consideration. Applications must be submitted online using the forms linked below. We notify applicants of approval, denial, or a request for additional information via email, typically within one business day.
Please read the new guidelines for Shelter Reservations on the first page of the application. A new policy (Resolution 2026-04) was approved by City Council on 01-05-26, and is available to review here.
It is recommended that you call to check park availability before submitting your application. Public Works can be reached for questions at 503-357-3011. We are available Monday-Friday from 8am-12pm & 1pm-5pm. Questions outside business hours can be submitted to parks@corneliusor.gov.
