Meet The Outreach Team

As we are fast approaching summer, the Outreach Team is staying busy and will be visiting quite a few sites this year. We’ll need all hands-on deck, so why not meet the team while you are here? These fantastic people are what makes the bookmobile van tick, and they bring wonderful insight and experience to enrich our communities and bring library services everywhere we are needed. Who knows, you may even see a few friendly faces out at our stops this summer!

Outreach Librarian since 2019

Hello! I am the Publicity and Outreach Librarian. I began working at the Cornelius Public Library in 2017. My role at the library is to inform the Cornelius community about library programs and services. I also facilitate interactions with community partners like providing class field trips to the library and bookmobile visits to sites around town. I enjoy reading history and science fiction. I’m thrilled to be here and thoroughly enjoy my work serving the Cornelius community!

Outreach Coordinator since 2023

Hello, I am the Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator here at the Cornelius Public Library. I started working at the library back in 2019 (when we relocated to the new building that you all know and love today). My role at the library is to go out and connect with the community here in Cornelius. My goal is to inform the community of all the valuable (and fun) resources we have here at our library. Some ways I like to connect are by having field trips to the library, storytimes or even driving around in the Bookmobile. I enjoy reading manga and non-fiction books. Hope to see you out in the community soon!
