Traffic Alert: Roundabout Improvement Project at S. Kodiak Street and S. 29th Blvd.
Cornelius, Oregon – The City of Cornelius Engineering division announces an upcoming temporary closure of the roundabout at S. Kodiak Street and S. 29th Blvd. to facilitate the installation of new splitter islands. This safety enhancement project aims to significantly improve the intersection for all users.
Closure Details:
- Location: S. Kodiak Street and S. 29th Blvd.
- Dates of Closure: June 10, 2025, through June 12, 2025
- Time of Closure: The roundabout will be fully closed to all vehicular traffic beginning June 10, 2025, at 7 am until June 12, 2025, at 8 am to ensure efficient and safe construction.
- Detour Routes: Clearly marked detour routes will be in place to guide motorists around the construction zone. Please follow all posted signage.
